Yes lake Coatepeque is a large crater lake surrounded by wooded hills in western El Salvador!
Can you go fishing in it? Do people swim in it for health reasons?
Yes there's plenty of fish around the lake, you can take a bath on thermal water. It's a beautiful place :)
