Who is Brix ?

Hi there ! I'm Brix B. Cabatingan, 17 years old. I live in Casuntingan, Mandaue City Cebu Philippines. I'm currently studying in University of Cebu - Banilad Campus.

I really love anime and yes I'm an otaku. I also love cartoons. Walt Disney, Pixars and many more to mention. I also love Marvel and DC Comics and my favorite comic character is The Flash. I just really hope I would become a speedster. LOL. Alternative musics, instrumentals and Pop musics makes me alive. Especially musics from Owl Ciy and my favorite band, Sleeping With Sirens. I play a lot of video games but I only get addicted to Dota 2 and League of Legends.

I also do cosplays. The first cosplay I did was Jigsaw last Archon 2017. I'm still new to cosplay since I started cosplaying last October 2017. Luckily I won 2nd place in a cosplay competition in Hobby Bazaar held in JCentre Mall.

I started doing photography when I was in Grade 9, we had a project about photography. I didn't realize that I'm starting to love it. Then I started to learn some techniques from the Internet and from the professionals. I also went to a seminar in Baguio about Photojournalism.

The things that I want to capture is all about nature. Leaves, flowers, oceans, skies and animals. It makes me feel alive. I just can't explain that feeling. Even though I don't have much money to buy a DSLR camera, I'm still taking photos using my phone. If you would just love to capture things, it won't matter what camera will you use as long as you are having fun. I also practice editing using Adobe Photoshop. I used several softwares and apps in enhancing my photos.

So you know about me know huh?. My dear fellow readers, no matter how hard life is, we should still face it with all our heart. Hear it from me who is a STEM student and a scholar. It is indeed a great pressure to be in a situation like that. Anyways, if you are curious about my pictures that are taken by just a phone, don't hesitate to roam around my site.
