I’m back!
Well it was heck of a fever, pneumonia and time to quit cigs for a few days (managed that) and was feeling so dizzy I couldn’t really look at the screen. So a bit of a rest it was ... soon non-smoking should become a permanent fixture also, I wanna live life and breath normally! As I get back on my feet today, was rewarded with a glorious sunset just now -
could have just drank the whole thing!

good to hear that. I quit smoking 2 years ago and it was the best thing I made. Just do it. After 3 days your body and brain won't miss the nicotine...
For sure I can bet man it’s the best to be free of it! I’m way down now and just getting to normal so I can really do it. Giving up whilst ill was too much a double slam of dizzy! Time to get rid of this shit once and for all tho now :)

The health benefits, but if you consider the $ you
Spend on cigs, or whatever nicotine delivery
