The deer wouldn't get too close, unfortunately, and it being bright daylight it wasn't very easy for me to conceal myself, hence the need to use magnification and inferior photo quality.
There is a whole mini-airfield for model airplanes. It is next to the railroad and about 100 m from Charles River. It is about 50-70 m long.
I guess I got too obsessed with photographing the lone model plane to take any pictures of that airfield.
