AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel • infinity pool in 360°

Borders of infinity... what is between the pool and the deepness?
The following pictures of Amara Bangkok Hotel (360° panorama in one of my previous postings) demonstrate the gap.

While you are swimming towards "infinity", you cannot see the gap behind the border of the pool. In this picture I climbed around a little bit (those of you who already know me for some time wouldn`t wonder about Bobby climbing somewhere while taking pictures :-). You can see a gap of about a meter on the long side of the pool, in between you and the deep city...however as you can also see in the next picture, one side of the pool ends on a wall with nothing behind but 26 floors hight.

As you can see on this photo, a shot of the same pool during daytime, there is no gap on the short side of the pool, but a window for your safety. To get the real kick of infinity you have to climb ;-), or you better shouldn't and enjoy the view swimming towards the long side of the pool. This rooftop is like an island of luxury in the sky of Bangkok. While having some drinks in the "AkaAza Bar" you can relax and enjoy this five star spot in the middle of Bangkok.

AVANI Riverside infinity pool in day time...

The pool from AVANI Riverside Bangkok, situated on the 26th floor aswell, also uses the gap to “separate” the swimmer from infinity. This pool offers a very special "infinity-view" as the pool-water-blue dissolves into the green of the river Chao Phraya that gives the name-part (Riverside) to this fantastic place in the sky of Bangkok. In the evening the illuminated city invites spectators to explore far places, cars, boats, illuminated skyscrapers and even a ferris wheel as you can see in the 360°panorama.

For those of you who are already "advanced panoramic hikers", you can even use the white arrows in the panorama to wander to other places on the rooftop such as panoramas shot at daytime...

Als Feedback: Ich hätte zunächst gedacht bei dem Namen booster916 handelte es sich um einen Bot. Das kann auf Steemit von entscheidendem Nachteil sein, weil unpersönlich und weil man Bots ja nicht aus Freundlichkeit upvoted. Ich hab deinen Vorstellungspost gefunden weil ich danach gesucht habe... er war nicht mit dem Tag introducemyself versehen... vielleicht solltest du das nachholen... die posts unter diesem Tag werden meist etwas generöser upgevoted... herzlich willkommen in jedem Fall!
