Beach-A-Holic!
Islanders!
A weird race that take nothing seriously and always end up at the beach!
Why I say this? Well, I live in Puerto Rico and we're always finding the good side of everything. We celebrate every single thing, we're always making jokes and laughing and for some reason we always end at the beach. Today it's a good example, there's a hurricane category 3 coming our way and what we do? Having fun at the beach!
What about the elections day? People go to the beach instead of voting. Holy week? At the beach! Birthdays? At the beach! Holidays? At the beach... You got the idea right? So now that hurricane Irma it's coming our way with chances of hit us category 4-5, people like always it's AT... THE... BEACH!.. Am I the only one here thinking there's something wrong with this "beach-a-holic" thing? You DID notice I was at the beach taking this pic, right?
We're about to be without power, water and food for some time if the hurricane hit us. Some people will lose their homes and what we're doing? Having fun at the beach! Caribbean people will always gonna find a way to have fun, even under the worst circumstances... It's in our blood, we're happy people. Now, if you excuse me I wanna go to the beach again!
