Birding - The bearded reedling (Panurus biarmicus)
I saw a bunch about 40 of these beautiful birds in the reeds, but despite all the effort I did not make a nice photo. They can well hide.
The lake is a consequence of mining activity where there is very clean water and it is a favorite spot for observation. Nice birding there with many water birds including Great northern diver (Gavia immer) and Black-throated diver (Gavia arctica). Too far for 300mm lens.
