Wow, amazing pics. I love the classic look when they're fresh. I wonder if I've ever had the red and white kind before or just the other species. A college prof told me that at UBC, students would harvest mushrooms where they grw on campus and they put up signs saying do not pick the mushrooms. Maybe I should go looking at the right time of year.

Cute! and good haul too! That would be so cool to live somewhere you can pick mushrooms too instead of just grow them.
I still have an apartment for rent here. :-)
