About a flower which name is water hayacinth.......

I am here with a new post to you again.
Let me show you first a picture and then i'll talk about it.

on the other side not a flower it's called water hayacinth.
and it's called in bengali 'KOCHURIPANA'

Now i describing about my post........
Water hyacinth is native to South America and it is also native in my country BANGLADESH.Water hyacinth is a free-floating perennial plant. Normally,it can grow to a height of 3 feet.Is there the dark green leave blades are circular. It's shape attached to a spongy, inflated petiole.Under the water 'water hayacinth' become thick,heavily branched, dark fibrous root system.The water hyacinth has striking light blue to violet flowers. Water hyacinth is a very aggressive invader and can form thick mats. If these mats cover the entire surface of the pond they can cause oxygen depletions and fish kills. Water hyacinths should be controlled so they do not cover the entire pond.Last i want say about this post is water hyacinth has no known direct food value to wildlife and is considered a pest species.
