Face Masks in Asia
Many people in asian countries wear face masks. As we started to travel around asia I was always wondering what they are good for. Do they wear them to protect the people from any infection or maybe protect other people from a infection they already got?
In fact they are good to protect respiratory tract from pollution and infection. If that works or not depends on the mask I guess.
This shot was from the very busy Vegetarian Festival in Phuket Town a few weeks ago. I really like how this woman was lost in her thoughts.
