That is a beautiful photo. It looks like an oil painting. I love the Vendee and have spent some time there.
A bit of topic but...Have you ever heard the term Charabanc? Just curious because it's what the Brits used to call an old style Coach. I think it's from the French for coach? Any ideas?
I have no idea about that @molometer... I knew the word charabanc without knowing exactly what is it...LoL ..but now that I have looked at the meaning on Google, yes I think it comes from the 2 words char and *banc : char à banc which is a small charrette with benches (bancs)
