Mushrooms, writers and the city or bachelor breakfast
What do mushrooms have to do with writers and the city. Everyone can be on their own. But maybe a writer in the city ate mushrooms? Or just a writer eating mushrooms to write? Всё очень просто и быстро. А главное вкусно. Грибы отварены заранее. Можно достать из морозилки, если они там хранились. Я использовал самые простые грибы горькушки (Lactarius subdulcis S.F.Gray). Их надо пару раз прокипятить, чтобы ушла горечь. Очень ароматный и вкусный лесной гриб. С другими грибами было бы проще.
Режу сыр кубиками, добавляю масло и соль и ставлю сковороду на огонь. Как только сыр начал плавиться, добавляю 2-3 яйца и присаливаю. Вот и всё. Можно добавлять по вашему желанию вообще всё, что угодно . Лук, зелень и прочее, но мне нравится аромат самих грибов
