Triangulation ... Ooohhh now that's a whole new level of bullshit behaviour that the emotionally unavailable narcissistic types love ...

And unfortunately if you suffer from low self esteem with a boundary balance equaling ZERO ....
It will trigger the crap out of every insecurity you have , bring up childhood wounds you didn't even know existed ... It will get you a seat right in the front of the never ending PLEASE choose me , PLEASE validate me , PLEASE see I'm good enough ROLLERCOASTER ride to emotional hell !!!

Triangulation is all about triggering your insecurities and getting you to subconsciously compete for them... By creating the illusion that they are in high demand ... The ex wants them back , the girl/guynext door wants to go for coffee, flirting with the bar staff in front of you and whatever other insecure making bullshit that they can come up with ...
This behaviour alone should be seen as a big massive RED flag to RUN !!!

Triangulation will get you to emotionally exhausted yourself by proving your worth , the constant anxiety of not knowing where you stand ... The PLEASE pick Me... Over compensating over investing to the point where you are so focused on winning his/her full attention... You miss all the other red flags disrespectful hurtful dishonest disloyal bullshit behaviour happening to you right in front of your very eyes ....
You will excuse the crap out of his/her bad behaviour blame yourself for not being good enough and as a result it will get you to work even harder to win...
WHY because you don't know your own worth and by wanting him/her to choose you over all the others you have given him/her the power to decide your worth...

In a healthy relationship the other person wants to reassure you make you feel safe and secure ... In a toxic relationship that will eventually ruin you emotionally you will never know where you stand , you will consistently be made to feel that you are not good enough and as a result of that you will keep trying harder to win ....

This is total mind fucking madness why it is so important to 1st love yourself respect value who you are and know your worth... Have Boundaries... heal your childhood wounds....When you have your own back you will see triangulation for what it is...

No one that respects and values you will put you through the emotional torture of competing or auditioning for them and keep you in emotional limbo as far as it comes to making a commitment to you ....

By the time you jump off the emotional rollercoaster or get thrown off which Ever comes first .... You will be SO So Lost that it will take you weeks months to find yourself and And to figure out WTF just happened to you ...
What you need to remember is IT is NEVER about you not being perfect enough good enough hot enough IT is and has always been about Them needing lots of people to consistently validate them to build Their none existent self esteem....

It all comes down to.... You will only attract someone that loves values respects you as much as you love value respect yourself....
And getting on the triangulation rollercoaster is definitely Not a ride you will consider taking if you know your worth...
