THE IMPORTANT ROLE OF INSECTS TO HUMANS AND THE ENVIRONMENT

The insect is hexapoda (hexa = six; podos = limbs) and belong to the phylum Arthopoda (arthos = joints; podos = limbs) that covers all kinds of animals with limbs that berbuku – the book. In the study of insect known term entomologist, entomology (entomon = insect; logos = science) is a branch of the science of Zoology that studies all matters relating to insects. Various things are examined on Entomology, among others: the life cycle of insects, insect identification, insect evolution, the role of insects in the ecosystem, the role of in human life, and more. The insect has a very important role for human survival, but the role of the insect still less known by the public at large even some consider insects means or seen from the downside.
