The picture was taken on the Vistula River bank in Poland around march. It was relatively warm during the day and below 0°C at night. So whatever melted during the day, freezed back again at night. That's how this icy mini landscape was formed. Isn't that a beauty?

The shapes how strange it makes a ball at the end but its so in step as a rare kind of design, looks like Christmas ice sickles that would hang from a tree.
That or an oldschool crystal chandelier thing. I took more than a dozen of pictures then, what supposed to be a fishing spot reconnaissance trip turned out photography mission.
