Strange hanging concrete cubes found in the forest.
Deep in the forest around Vistula River in Poland, i've encountered something that from afar looked like a levitating cube-shaped piece of concrete.
Due to my lack of knowledge, i could't figure out what use can be possibly applied to those installations.
The mystery was solved when while walking further into the forest, i've found similar - but a bit different - hanging concrete forms.
It turned out to be a birdhouses made of concrete, possibly so they last longer, some of them just missing the roof bits. Most probably they were installed some decades ago. Now i will know that birdhouses are not necessarily made of wood!

And did it come to your mind that these are perhaps signs, which tree is for the urine, or perhaps a marker for someone who is a resident of the forest ... It can be both this and that but the birdhouse, hmmmm.
