Where Did The Moon Come From?

The Moon
There is nothing like it. There is literally no other Moon in our solar system that has the same characteristics and looks as our moon. I think of it as very mysterious. The Moon has an iron core which is similar to ours but no one knows how it got there. Here I am going to be explaining some theory’s and explaining why some of them don’t make sense.

The Fission Theory
This theory suggests the Moon was once a part of the Earth and early throughout the forming of the solar system, somehow a piece broke off and it somehow stayed in orbit. That piece slowly formed into the Moon. This theory doesn’t answer the extra baking in the lunar material. (At the end of each theory this sentence was shown and I don’t understand it that much but I think it has to do with the Moons material being slowly burnt by the sun somehow).

The Capture Theory
The Capture Theory proposes that the Moon was formed somewhere else in the solar system and it was caught by the Earths gravitational field. This theory makes absolutely no sense at all just because, the Moon would have to have been slowest down drastically at the right time and right amount. This theory answers why the lunar material has a completely different chemical composition then the Earth but it doesn’t answer the extra baking in the solar material.

The Condensation Theory
This theory proposes that the Earth and the Moon were both from separately from the nebula that formed in the solar system. The Moon formed just as the Earth was but in orbit of the Earth already. This theory doesn’t answer the question the the baking in the lunar material.

The Giant Impactor Theory
This theory suggests that the Earth was hit by a small planet about the size of Mars. The more outer layers and some of the inner layers of each planet broke off creating some king of ring object. This object stayed in orbit and it slowly formed into the Moon. This explaines why the Moons core is iron (because it came from the more inner layers of the planets) and the heated material in the lunar soil.

Conclusion
The Moon is a very mysterious place. Some conspiracy theorists say that the Moon was made as a base for aliens. Some proof of this was that on Google Moon, people were finding satellites and mountains that look like buildings and after they point them out, they mysteriously disappeared out of existence.
