I am from Nepal and this post is misleading. This is not typical Nepalese home but is the rest area near the temple of Pashupatinath, a Hindu temple in Kathmandu. The people there are the visitors in the temple of Pashupatinath. This temple is also known for monkeys.

A typical Nepalese home in villages is made of mud with the roof of stone. The image below is authentic mud house in Nepal

These houses are only found in villages of Nepal. In urban and small cities, the house is made of concrete. Also in villages, these authentic homes are being replaced by the concrete homes. The image below is the concrete houses in Kathmandu.
