Pink Quartz

Cuarzo Rosado (1).jpg

Hello friends, as many already know, quartz is one of the most abundant minerals on the planet, we find it in igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks. This is because it is one of the minerals most resistant to weathering and therefore is able to withstand weathering processes both in the interperience and in depth. For this reason there is a wide variety of quartz, always maintaining its initial chemical composition, composed of silica and oxygen, but adding certain characteristics, which differentiates each of the varieties of quartz.

That's why we have pink quartz, which is said to have this curious color, due to the presence of phosphorus, in addition to silica and oxygen.
