Lumbini is a present day town in Nepal. It is also the birthplace of Buddha.

Within Lumbini is a Monastery complex, where several countries are building buddhist monasteries to pay homage to Buddha

Also, accompanying above monasteries are some structures and shops in Kathmandu that ooze of Buddhism.
