Colorful chemistry
Yesterday, I took part in the chemical experiments. I thought that the chemistry is rigorous science, but it was fascinating. I want to share with you my impressions.
The experiments were performed two chemists. They are still students. All carefully look at what they are doing:
Sparks of fire from a mixture of copper:
This very violent reaction. It was unexpected. Composition even dropped onto the floor. The substance did not pose dangers:
I got this cold fire. It was warm:
The fire went from one person to another:
Everyone was very interesting and fun:
This looks like an exciting experience! I love chemistry. I hope experiments like this will intrigue more young people end encourage them in science studies. Thank you for sharing.

Yesterday I fell in love with chemistry. That's cool!
If you like this sort of thing you should look into pyrotechnics which is pretty much this sort of Chemistry but much more specialised and dealing with fireworks and so on, same for explosives.
I was wondering where this lecture was, but I found it again!
p.s. We've probably all been put on a watchlist for even discussing this lol :P
