Green (Corri)door, what's that secret you're keepin'? *

Here is another set of photos that were taken on the recent walk that I spoke of in yesterday's post.

There was a beautiful green corridor of trees that I discovered at the Calwell District Playing Fields and I couldn't walk past without taking some snaps. Besides, the weather was quite warm that day so the shade provided a much-welcome relief from the heat.

As you can see from the following image, I tried to take some artsy angled shots but the first (and largest) photo is my favourite from the bunch as I prefer the stagger of the trees, being less symmetrical at the front of the shot. You might have also noticed that I cut a garbage-bin out of the background (gotta remember my composition!)

After viewing all the images and seeing how much 'junk' was caught in the background, I've realised that I should have experimented a little with different focal points but never mind, that will definitely become a photographic exercise for another day.

Anyhoo, my final photo today was just meant as a whimsical image to show the intricate root system of the trees that as you can see, creates a wonderful pattern in the grass.
