First almond flower ( photography)
Hello Steemit, I am happy today Saturday of course because I don't have school.
I have seen this morning that our almond tree has its first flower.
Every year we collect some almonds and its fun to watch the tree grow.
This is what it normally looks like but our tree lost all the leaves and almonds during the frost.
Maybe we can make an almond cake and post it later

The weather can have a huge impact on crops. Too hot. Too cold. Too much rain or not enough rain. I'd love to have an almond tree but our climate isn't suitable. Although we do have Macadamia Nut trees that are native to where I live.
Gosh, I love almonds. We only grow macadamia and pecan where i live. Wish we could exchange!
