This was a shot of mime artist Tape Face which was created in my sitting room with some old Bowens lights and a speedlite through modifiers.
I loved watching Tape Face on AGT. Last time I was in Vegas, I tried to get tickets to his show. That is awesome that you were able to photograph him. He is an amazing entertainer.
I've been fortunate enough to work with him a few times over the past few years. During this shoot, there was a pile of my flatmates Nerf collection behind me, which inspired Tape Face to incorporate one into his show. A year later we were both at an event and he dragged me over to his bag to show me his Nerf Blaster which he uses in his show due to seeing them in my house.
That is so awesome! Did he talk to you? That would be cool to be able to say that you have actually had a real conversation with him since not many people can say that, lol.
We have talked many times. He only wears it onstage or for photos when meeting fans etc.
