The Strangers, Flies Family

I found these two animals weredropping at a plant in front of my uncle house this afternoon. I dont know what kindof animal is is. I have never seen them before. It has long legs, tiny body and beautiful eyes.

As usual, I clicked some shots of this beautiful animal using my smartphone Huawei Nova2i without any macro lens.
