I don't always do all the lifting.
A cool thing about AcroYoga is you don't always have to be super strong. A lot of the skills rely more on technique and balance.
For intense, look how Rikki can pick me up. When she has her arms and legs 90 degrees from her body, she can stack her bones and use less muscle :)

Ah, that's how I see all of these tiny women balancing huge men in AcroYoga... Thanks for the tip! I thought it was entirely to do with muscle. Didn't realize our bone structure is being used to our advantage here.
