That's crazy. It has been in the 70's here the past few days, when normally it is in the 30's with snow on the ground.
Its pretty normal in Finland to be snowing still to this date, you just wish it would be over by now though and spring could come along already.
That's typically how we feel here in the midwest US, too. This year has been an exception, however, with almost no snow and very warm temperatures.
