Sometime back I attended a talk at The Hangar.

One of the doctor on the panel said something I remembered. He said he's 46 years and have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. He takes his medication regularly. He also mentioned many patients when diagnosed with chronic disease try to avoid taking the medicine. Initially, I was like that but now that I know even a relatively young doctor has to take medicine everyday, it's more important to remember to take my medications. Before that, I'll have my free dinner.
我记得那里小组的一位医生说的一些事情。 他说他46岁了，患有高血压和高胆固醇。 他天天要服药。 他还提到许多患者在确诊患有慢性疾病时尽量避免服用该药。最初，我就是这样，但现在我知道即使是一个相当年轻的医生也必须每天吃药，我更要记住吃药。 在那之前，让我先吃免费晚餐。
