First, got on to bus service number 143 at Toa Payoh interchange. After riding a while, my phone sensed WIFI. Yay, I connected even as I thought this was no the service line that has the free WIFI. After a while I lost connection and got it back again and losing it again. Then I concluded it was probably from another bus in front or behind.

This is a new building at Orchard Road. I think it will nicknamed as the Cheese Building soon enough.

The new State Court Complex next to Havelock Road has gone very high up.

Turning into Telok Blangah Road, I could see many cranes at the port.

Passing Vivo City which is a big shopping all and see this advertisement on the front. It seems every mall decided they need their own app.

Got off the bus and crossed the road to Mapletree Business City to look for the place I was going for a job interview. They have nice greenery here.

Took a while to find the right building but got there safe and waited patiently for the interviewers.

Don't know how it went but I left looking for the food court for an early lunch because I had not had breakfast. Before that I came across this WELCOME sign which was rather nice and took a photo of it. Now that I look back in details, then I realised from another angle, it spelled GOOGLE followed by the GPS location icon.
不知道结果如何可是离开就找食阁因为没吃早餐所以准备早点吃午餐。经过了这个WELCOME标志，看来不错就拍下来。 现在仔细回看才发现从另一个角度看它是拼写GOOGLE后加定位图标。
Up the food court. I was early and didn't expect many people there.

Bought a soup and rice and sat by the window.

On the way to the train station, I saw this booth by Health Promotion Board where I participated in some activity and got a water bottle and a $5 voucher. At least, I sort of got my bus fare back.

Leaving the Mapletree Business City, I looked back and took this picture.

I reached the Labrador Park MRT train station and was still hesitating if I should walk to Vivo City. Before that, I went to take a photo of this part of the Keppel Golf Club where this little hill has many different trees.
我到达拉布拉多公园地铁站还在犹豫要不要走到怡丰城。还是先去拍了吉宝高尔夫俱乐部这一部分的照片，这座小山上有许多不同的树。
It was hot outside and I was already sweating but some people are happy to walk. I decided to go for the train and the air-condition was priceless.
今天可算是大热天，我已经流汗有些人很乐意走路。我决定去搭地铁，空调是无价的。
Out to Vivo City, looking the new library I was there to check out. Saw downstairs were selling "Das Auto".
出去到怡丰城，找那新的图书馆。走着看到楼下在销售Volkswagon。
Hmm... a new Chinese restaurant. Maybe, I'll remember to try them next time.
哦，新的中餐馆。或许下次有记得给他们机会。
Found the entrance to the Library.

The children's section has this nice decoration.

Elsewhere, they have this display on robotics.

I found a rather nice sitting area with view outside but all the seats were taken. Just as well, they have no power point. No, not sour grapes.

Went to the side to check out the view of the port. More cranes.

Found myself a place. It turned out none of the table have a power point. I spent a few hours doing things there until I got an alert about low battery on my Surface Pro.

Then to the charging station. Plug in my Surface Pro and saw what looks like a wireless charger too. Placed my power bank there. Yes, it works. Someone had plugged in a step tracker to charge.

After an hour or so, decided to leave. Passed by Coldstone which has Jurassic World decoration.

Tea break time at Seah Im Food Centre. Specifically Teh Halia or ginger tea before the bus ride back.
到Seah Im熟食中心来个下午茶。特别是姜茶。然后才搭公车回。
