Tokyo winter: highlights of creativity during record coldest days.

Tokyo lived its coldest day to record a temperature of four degrees below zero, which was not recorded since January 17, 1970.

The country activated the emergency alarms due to the heavy snow, the largest since the last four years, which have affected several localities in the region, land, rail and air transport.

In spite of the intense cold and the constant snowfall, the inhabitants of Tokyo take advantage of the storm to show their creativity.
