you will need to get closer next time to show more details they are not that shy to approach , ahh i see there is limitation in the camera 50 cm minimal distance , you might be able to reduce that with a Raynox lens , http://www.raynox.co.jp/english/dcr/dcr150/indexdcr150eg.htm just a tip if you want to continue in the macro world :)
