The view from the opera house in Oslo is pretty OK.

What's so awesome about this place is that it was made to allow people to interact with the building, whether it's taking the dog for a stroll, lying down to soak in some sun or jump around in your underwear. Instead of becoming just a static building, this building was made for the people, so you can do whatever you want (almost).
