RULES & HOW TO PLAY
New game: Star Search Saturday
Normally we play Show Off Saturday every week, where we ask you to share your own photos for judging, but this week we want to give you an opportunity to show off the work of other Steemit photographers.
Tell us in the comments about your favourite “unknown” photographer who hasn’t played Photogames. We know there are many photographers here who have recently joined Steemit and haven’t discovered @photogames or the other fine photo contests yet, and we want your help in discovering them and inviting them to play!
We’re especially looking for photographers who post and comment regularly and are active on Steemit. Lets welcome some good people into the photo gaming community!
Just like Show Off Saturday, each Photo Star will go through the nominations on their post and choose two favourite discoveries, then all the Photo Stars will vote to award 1st through 6th places.
The prizes will be split between you (the nominator) and your discovered photographer (who will be surprised to see money randomly appear in their account!), but this is one of those times where everybody wins, because we’ll all find new photographers to follow and interact with!
- Find a photographer you like who hasn’t played the Photogames.
- Link to their Steemit profile in the comments section of a Photo Star’s post.
- Each Photo Star will pick two of these “discoveries” for a final round of voting.
The Photo Stars will then all vote on overall winners. - You may share a different “discovery” to each Photo Star (optional).
- Deadline for submissions is Monday at 6PM EST / 11PM UTC.
- @PhotoGames will do a results post listing your discoveries.
The Photo Stars will also mention their nominations in the comments. - Photo Stars win points based on how their nominations place after voting.

1st place = 4 SBD
2nd place = 3 SBD
3rd place = 2 SBD
4th/5th/6th = 1 SBD each

I discovered the photogames today for the first time myself, so I really don't know if this guy @axeman is playing the photogames allready. But I think he's a great photographer too.
Unfortunately it's too late to enter in this competition, but that's a great photographer suggestions! Keep it tucked away for next time ;) Glad you found @photogames! They do some really fun stuff.
