Hello friends of steemit here I leave my participation in the contest organized by @steemotion, is an annual plant very ramosa 5-25 cm, oblong leaves. Chapters with ligulate flowers orange or yellow, longer than the bracts involucrales. Fruit chapters with external row of accursed weevils achenes. They contain pyrethrin that gives them insecticidal properties, they are toxic. They are cultivated in gardening for their long flowering. They are attributed properties as air purifiers. In some places, fresh leaves are eaten as a vegetable. In popular medicine they have been used as vulnerary (healing), stimulates the appetite, has also been used to treat bronchitis, as a purgative and against constipation.

Ciao amici di steemit qui lascio la mia partecipazione al concorso organizzato da @steemotion, è una pianta annuale molto ramosa 5-25 cm, foglie oblunghe. Capitoli con fiori ligulati arancioni o gialli, più lunghi delle brattee involucri. Capitoli di frutta con fila esterna di maledetti tonici acheni. Contengono piretrina che conferisce loro proprietà insetticide, sono tossiche. Sono coltivati nel giardinaggio per la loro lunga fioritura. Vengono attribuite proprietà come purificatori d'aria. In alcuni luoghi, le foglie fresche vengono mangiate come verdure. Nella medicina popolare sono stati usati come vulnerabili (curativi), stimolano l'appetito, sono anche stati usati per trattare la bronchite, come purgante e contro la stitichezza.
