I'm so sorry to hear that, I know what you going through...At first, I avoided to all bright, flickering and flashing lights, but after a while I've gathered courage and exposed myself to flashing lights for about 5 min and luckily nothing happened. I wish you luck and I hope that the attacks will calm down.
