Shaman. Mongolia
This lady's name is Galba. She was a Tuvan Shaman from the Altai Mountains of Western Mongolia who sadly died a couple of weeks after this photograph was taken. Seen here performing a shamanic ritual in the shade of a sacred tree near the Chinese border in Tavan Bogd.
There a real peacefulness to this picture that you really managed capture. I’m sorry to hear that she passed away.
