Long Shadows and Gorge Views
Another shot from Cheddar gorge. It made me chuckle when I read online that it is 'an exhausting hike but worth the view'. I guess that person and myself have different views of exhausting. I file this hike under 'pretty quick and easy' but I'd also agree it's totally worth the view. I was lucky with the weather and had a clean sunset over the opposite side of the Gorge.
Until looking at the cycle route this place wasn't even on my radar, it made me realise that there's likely tons of cool places close to me that I just don't know about. It took me 28 years to make it to this place.
