That sounds like a lot to keep track of. When you submit your photos, do you clarify what can be used for editorial and what can be used for commercial? How does that work?
The agency does that. If there is no model/property release then it goes into the editorial bucket. My advice is to stay away from shots that paint you in that corner. There are plenty of other images to capture!
