My tempting roses & their recipe
These sweet roses which called Khaghineh are kind of desserts and common with fish meals in my city Tabriz. It’s my and my guests favorite dessert. l baked it early morning before my little son wake up 🤗
Firstly we need to prepare sugar syrup:
Mixed 1cup of boiling water with 1cup of sugar then stirred well until solving all sugar granules then cooled
Ingredients:
4tbsp flour- 3 egg- 1/4tsp vanill- 1tsp baking powder- 1/4cup oil
mixed all of them then baked for 30min in rose shape silicone mold.
after 30min they’re ready to go on sugar syrup
.its necessary that syrup be cold for thermal shocking and syrup absorption by cake. Let them for15min in syrup.
It’s ready
But notice that it should be cooled in refrigerator before serving
I took an order for these roses for the first time😃
