Honanki Rock Art
This is another view of our prehistoric Sinauga cliff dwelling Honanki. We see remnant's of a couple of stone walls and then some very interesting pictograph rock art above. The one large white circle could be a full moon. There is also a group of standing figures with their arms up as if in celebration. This site was occupied between 1150AD and 1350AD and is located in the Sedona area of north central Arizona.
Super cool! The big white circle is really neat I wonder if that was suppose to be the moon? That was my first thought, but.. I'm not sure anyone except the people from back then truly knew.. Definitely a neat place!
I think its all symbolism about what's most important to them in all aspects of life.
