Colored Water
This riparian zone and others like it play an important role in the ecology of our high desert environment. Because waterways support a much broader spectrum of plant and animal life we need to keep conservation in mind as these areas hang in a delicate balance. The land around this meandering little seasonal stream is surrounded by mostly harsh and dry terrain.
