The Himalayan Meadows Where God Lives

Shrikhand Mahadev Kailash is a holy pilgrimage. This place is related to Hindu Lord Shiva and counted in one of the five Kailash. The devotees walking on the most intense path of 5140m from the sea level (17322 ft), reaching this fragmented Shivling. Located on the right side of this mountain is 'Kinnar Kailash' and it is associated with 'Great Himalayan National Park' from left direction.

Shrikhand Mahadev is a 72ft high fragmented Shivling. Each year this pilgrimage officially opens for just 2 weeks in Sawan Month (Moonson). Since the year 2014, the pilgrimage has gone in the hands of administration, under which all the travel registration of pilgrim is done in Singad. So far the online process for registration has not started.

Shimla is by road from Delhi is 350 km and distance of Dattnagar from Shimla is 125 km . Pilgrim can reach Dattnagar after travelling about 12 hours from Valvo or Ordinary bus (Rs 403 per person per person) from Delhi. Every day from Dattnagar Government bus goes to Bagiul, which is worth Rs 50-60 per person. The distance of Bagipal from Dattnagar is about 41 km. The distance between Jaon village from Bagipul is only 7 km. All types of bus services are limited to Bagipur only.
