I took this photo during my time as a wildland firefighter in British Columbia, Canada. This helicopter is considered a 'light' machine due to its load capacity and passenger seating (four plus pilot). The model name is 'A-Star,' and although it is only a light machine, it is the most used model and class of helicopter due to its versatility.
