Photocollagecontest #13: SUMMER MEANS FUN!
A friend from a cold country who visited the Philippines once said:
"There are only two seasons in the Philippines: HOT and HOTTER!"
That statement made us laugh, because it's true. It's always hot all year round except during rainy days. But in summer months, the sun is intense than most days. And it also means soaking in the beach!
Summer is always fun ... it makes me crave for a cold halo-halo (literally means, "mix-mix," a favorite Filipino dessert made from a mixture of shaved ice, evaporated milk, and various fruits, topped with ice cream).
For me, a summer is not a summer without going to the beach!
