The modern approach!

As a photographer for a Greek travel magazine I had the chance not only to see a lot of places, all over the country but also to taste many different kinds of food, even some that I wouldn't normally order in a restaurant. This picture is an example of that kind of food. It is shot at the old town of Chania, on Crete, a picturesque town famous the the good traditional food that can be found there but also a very touristic one which led to a trend for a more "modern" approach! On this plate there is smoked salmon with beetroot and caviar and I have to admit it was really delicious!
