Is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi at the site of the old Central Market, a traditional crossroads and meeting point in the city. The tower’s central location provides residents with easy access to major points of interest, including the nearby Mall at the World Trade Center and the Corniche, a waterfront promenade that runs along the coast.

This is the first time we been here, one of the luxurious residential building in United Arab Emirates. To experienced best view ever in the City.
Luckily our friend has a connection to have free tour on this Building during our lunch break, not bad for 30 mins tour.

Can you imagine this place is a desert before now it has full of Building structures around the City.

This is the beach side of the City, its white-sand beaches from Island to another Island.

Hello @kimzwarch, Its residential building tower but I dont think if they charged you for any fees. One thing for use r. They will not allowed any one unless you have business to be attend, or know anyone on that building.
