Central Oregon Cascades - Tuesday Photo Challenge - Scapes
This was taken on HWY 197 at a little pullover called The Mountain Identifier south of Maupin, OR. I stitched 3 images together in Lightroom to produce this pano.

Photos taken by me with a Nikon D3300 and CPL filter with some Lightroom post processing.
Thanks for looking and enjoy your day!
WOW! This is an amazing view. The larger view is amazing. I am very impressed that you "stitched it together". Very impressive!
There are actually two more peaks to show but the pano becomes way too stretched out.
To be honest the software does most the work, I just took the three pictures with some overlap. :) There is a little flaw in this pano if you zoom in to the left of tallest peak on the right below the snow line. Something didn't line up quite right.
Great panorama photo again, @oldmans, which shows us the beautiful and wide landscapes you have in the US.
Lightroom does a very good work nowadays, but the main work is done by you, searching a location and composition nice photos for a good panorama.
Thank you @johannpiber, I appreciate the kind words. :)
Below is the whole panorama of the mountains you can see from there. It is about a 150 miles as the crow flies from the furthest snow capped peak on the left to the one on the right.

You're welcome, @oldmans.
Thank you, this is a really wide panorama, beautiful photographed :)
If you would like to have such a wide view here in Austria, where I live, you would have to climb high up on a mountain, or you had to go a few hundred kilometers north, where the land is flat with some hills :)
