Thank you, guys :) @stormrider75, @jocqua, I really love to experiment with different photo techniques. This one in particular is called "zoom burst". Generally, you need a vario lens, a tripod and a steady hand :)
There are plenty of tutorials in case you want to try it yourself ;)
And of course, perfection comes with practice, LOL :P
