Long story short:
Using Flags/Down-votes we attempt to remove rewards from a know abuse duo Wanabe and Bliss7.
As you have noticed,
Wanabe received an up-vote on his generic comment worth around $.5 while they only give a worthless up-vote to your post they are supposedly praising.
It's only one of many types of abuse we're trying to counteract.
These comments are not directed to you. You have the unfortunate experience that a comment spammer @wanabe has commented on your post.
I have given you a small upvote but in no way does that mean I approve of what you are posting. You should takes some time to learn about this platform and teach yourself how to do a nice post that will get some good recognition.
