Life is beautiful!
But we don’t see it sometimes. It happens when our mind is occupied by thinking…
thinking about the past, remembering some events, regretting about not doing something, wishing we had done something else…
or vice versa when our thoughts are somewhere in the future… making plans, seeing ourselves tomorrow, next year, in 5 or 10 years…
Instead of living now we waste our precious moments by worrying about everything.
Do you have any secrets how to stay focused on the present?
I just try to be attentive to the world around me. I always try to notice the deep blue sky, surprisingly colourful flowers, amazingly reach smells and tastes, smiling people, cute dogs…
Share a smile and keep yourself happy!
Nice photo and your outlook is very positive. I do love to stop and "smell the roses" as they say. Sunsets and looking out over vast areas of city or country make me look outward and inward.

oh, it's almost a rainy season here. So you can swim in the srteet:) But tomorrow I'm sure it will be hot again.
No not so lot rain... last 1 month was here very dry ... and this rain what come is small :) but... soon winter back :))) and it can go back -19 :))))
in Thailand the coldest it might be +19 in winter:)))

yes, I like it here. The food is tasty, the weather is great.
